Fired and ready to collect in a week!


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Vouchers are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have a query about the finish on your pottery please do let us know.  We will always do what we can to help. The ceramics materials we work with are natural and sometimes unpredictable, and a hand made process will not always achieve a perfect finish. In the event of loss or damage occurring during the glazing or firing process, Kiln Workshop accepts no responsibility or liability for claims in relation to ‘emotional distress’ or ‘trauma’. The purchaser agrees that Kiln Workshop shall be liable only for the cost of replacement and/or refund to the original value of the item, should an item be damaged in the firing process. 

Occasionally pieces can crack in the kiln, in a hand process human error means that mistakes can occur.  In the rare event of this happening we will offer you a full refund or voucher to the value of the original item for another visit. 

We hold no responsibility for items damaged once collected. All pottery is fragile and may chip and break during normal use.  It is advised not to place pottery items in a dishwasher and to hand wash only. All pottery glaze will craze over time, and high heat will accelerate this process.


Please note items not collected after a 6 month period, we reserve the right to re-home items without notification.
